✦   a note from me

Hey, I'm Sara.

I want to tell you something that's sort of hard to say out loud.

Every time I've tried to outsource the trust part of running a business — hired an ads agency, brought in someone to "fix" our systems, handed something over to someone who promised they understood our brand — it didn't work.

Not sometimes. Every time.

Once, we were out of the contract within a week. Other times, we paid for the thing, tried to use it, and quietly moved on. Not because I'm difficult or can't collaborate. But because there is something about the way I run this business that cannot be handed to someone outside of it without losing the thing that makes it work.

I am self-sourced. My business is self-sourced. The trust, the strategy, the marketing, the voice, the systems... all of it comes from inside.

And I've been doing it for 12 years, now with a team of four. As the sole income earner in my family for eight and a half of those years. Self-publishing my own books, doing all of our own marketing in-house, building everything from scratch, over and over again.

I'm not telling you this to impress you. I'm telling you because I think you might be wired the same way? And I'm the mentor who understands that.

TSE — Seasonal Action Block
✦   a peek inside   ✦

The Seasonal Action Plan

Each season brings a new focus, three challenges, and four weeks of guided action — always ending with rest and reflection.

Challenge 1

Document your business

Get the knowledge out of your head and into a living system

Week 1Map your SOPs — write down every recurring task you do in a given month, just a brain dump list
Week 2Build your first two SOPs as simple step-by-step docs (choose: onboarding, weekly comms, or checkout)
Week 3Create your business bible starter doc — vision, offers, team roles, decision-making rules, one page max per section
Week 4Rest + reflect — what feels lighter now? What still lives only in your head?
Challenge 2

Build your systems

Create a simple operating rhythm so the business doesn't depend on you being "on"

Week 1Audit your tech stack — what are you actually using vs paying for?
Week 2Build or tighten your weekly CEO rhythm — what happens every Monday, what gets reviewed monthly?
Week 3Create a simple client/customer journey map — from first touch to post-purchase, where are the holes?
Week 4Rest + reflect — where did the system catch something you'd normally catch manually?
Challenge 3

Meet your AI analyst

Stop avoiding AI and start using it as your most accessible thinking partner

Week 1Set up a business context doc for AI — your offer, your voice, your customer, your goals
Week 2Use AI to analyze one piece of real business data — sales numbers, email stats, program completion rates
Week 3Use AI to write one real deliverable for your business, then refine it to sound like you
Week 4Rest + reflect — what surprised you? What felt wrong? What felt like magic?
Season Reflection

What does your business look like when it doesn't live only in your nervous system?

Challenge 1

Clarify your offer position

Know exactly what you sell, for whom, and how to say it in one clear sentence

Week 1Write your offer's "before and after" — who is your client before they work with you, and who are they after?
Week 2Identify the three objections your ideal client has before buying — and write your honest response to each
Week 3Write your one-sentence offer statement and a short paragraph version — test both on a trusted person outside your industry
Week 4Rest + reflect — where are you still fuzzy about what you do? That fuzziness is costing you sales.
Challenge 2

Boundaries, containers, enforcement

Know your non-negotiables and build them into how you show up, not how you react

Week 1Write your community agreements — what behavior does your space protect against, and what does it call in?
Week 2Review the last time you felt resentful in your business — trace it back to what boundary was crossed or never set
Week 3Write one policy you've been avoiding — refunds, late payments, scope creep — and put it somewhere people see it
Week 4Rest + reflect — where do you still make yourself smaller to make others more comfortable?
Challenge 3

You are not your business

Locate where over-identification with your business is creating anxiety, stagnation, or burnout

Week 1Take the "what if it fails" audit — write out your worst fear, then look at what's actually true vs. story
Week 2Identify one decision you've been avoiding because it feels personal — make it, release the emotional weight of it
Week 3Write your professional identity statement — who are you as a leader, separate from your revenue and metrics?
Week 4Rest + reflect — what parts of you have you been outsourcing to your business to prove?
Season Reflection

Where have you been running a business built around managing other people's comfort instead of leading from your own?

Challenge 1

Build your brand book

Create one document your whole business can point to — what you look like, sound like, and stand for

Week 1Define your visual identity — three words that describe your aesthetic, your color palette, your fonts
Week 2Write your brand voice guide — three to five words that describe how you sound, with examples of what you'd never say
Week 3Compile everything into a single document: visual, voice, offer names, ideal client, what makes you different
Week 4Rest + reflect — where have you been inconsistent? Where does your brand feel most alive?
Challenge 2

Copy, story, and message

Write the core pieces of copy that power your business so you stop recreating them from scratch

Week 1Write your origin story — just the moment that made you qualified to do this work. 300 words max.
Week 2Write your bio in three lengths — one sentence, one paragraph, one full page. Pull from the same story.
Week 3Write the core copy for your primary offer — the problem, solution, transformation, the invitation.
Week 4Rest + reflect — what story have you been afraid to tell? That one is usually the most magnetic.
Challenge 3

Train AI to write like you

Build an AI writing assistant that actually sounds like you — not a generic robot in a blazer

Week 1Collect five to ten examples of your best writing and build your voice reference doc
Week 2Feed your voice doc and brand book to AI and write a system prompt that produces on-brand output
Week 3Build your AI writing workflow — what gets drafted by AI, what gets human-edited, what stays fully yours
Week 4Rest + reflect — where does AI draft well? Where does it miss your voice entirely? Both answers are useful.
Season Reflection

Do you have a business with a distinct voice, or content that could belong to anyone?

Challenge 1

Energy audit — expanders vs detractors

Stop tolerating what drains you and start designing your work around what fuels you

Week 1List every task, offer, and obligation in your business — then mark each one: expands me or drains me
Week 2Look at the drain column — choose: eliminate, delegate, automate, or consciously keep it with a boundary
Week 3Redesign your ideal work week on paper — what does a high-energy, sustainable schedule actually look like?
Week 4Rest + reflect — what have you been tolerating so long you forgot it wasn't mandatory?
Challenge 2

Plan the quarter ahead

Enter the new season with a clear, honest, doable plan — not an aspirational to-do list you'll abandon by week two

Week 1Review the last quarter — what worked, what didn't, what surprised you? Three minutes, don't overthink it.
Week 2Set your three priorities for next quarter — not ten goals, three. What would make this quarter a success?
Week 3Map your priorities to specific months and weeks — when does each one get your focused attention? Block it now.
Week 4Rest + reflect — does this plan reflect what you actually want, or what you think you should want?
Challenge 3

Finance and numbers planning

Know your numbers clearly enough to make decisions from data instead of anxiety

Week 1Calculate your real monthly baseline — what does the business need to generate to cover expenses and pay you?
Week 2Build a simple revenue projection for the quarter — what offers, at what prices, to how many people?
Week 3Identify your highest-leverage revenue action — the one thing with the biggest financial impact next quarter
Week 4Rest + reflect — where does money anxiety cloud your judgment? Where does knowing your numbers create freedom?
Season Reflection

Are you planning the business you have, or still planning the business you hoped it would become by now?

TSE — Why This Is Different
Why This Is Different

I'm not a business coach
who learned this in a certification.

I have been self-employed for 12 years. I've never taken outside funding, never had a viral moment carry the business, never relied on anything other than our own ability to show up, create, and connect with the right women at the right time.

I'm highly sensitive. My team is highly sensitive. And we've built something that has supported my family, kept four people employed, and served tens of thousands of women — entirely by trusting ourselves.

What I bring to this membership isn't a formula. It's wisdom from actually living it. And the ability to look at what you're doing and say: does this fit you? Is this actually you? Because if it's not, it's going to keep slipping. And if it is, let's build on it.

I will always, always bring it back to you.
