✦   a note from me

Hey, I'm Sara!

I'm going to tell you the truth nobody tells women starting businesses — because I think you can handle it, and I think it's the only way through.

01

Most women who try to do this won't make it.

Gasp. I know. But it's not because they aren't smart or don't want it badly enough.

Most of the women I've watched walk away from their businesses over the last twelve years walked away because they kept looking outside themselves for the formula — the right course, the right ads strategy, the right coach, the right next thing. There isn't one. Not for women like us.

02

The women who make it all figure out the same thing.

The ones still standing in year three, year five, year ten? They learn to source the next move from inside themselves.

From their own knowing. Their own watching. Their own willingness to do the unsexy thing this Tuesday afternoon instead of procrastinating.

03

That's what I mean by self‑sourced.

Not "do it alone." Please — no. The trust comes from inside. The strategy comes from inside. The next move comes from inside.

Once you can see that, you can build a business that actually sticks — instead of one that collapses every time the algorithm shifts or some guy on a podcast says you're doing it wrong.

04

I've been doing this for twelve years.

Sole income earner in my family for nine of them. No outside funding, no viral moment, no marketing firm carrying us. Just me and a small team, rebuilding from scratch over and over while the internet keeps changing the rules underneath us.

I've tried to outsource the trust part. Hired the ads agency. Paid the brand strategist who promised she got it. Out of the contract within a week. Melted into the bushes like Homer Simpson and moved on. Every. Single. Time.

And now I run a business that actually pays me, employs other women, and serves tens of thousands. I'm not telling you this to flex (although I'm in a rare group of women like me). I'm telling you because the path forward asks you to stop waiting for the formula and start sourcing from inside.

05

The Sixth House Club is where I show you how.

You bring your $0 – $1K month. The stuck spot. The offer that isn't selling. The launch that flopped. The thing you're scared to admit out loud.

I bring twelve years of figuring it out, my whole team, and the actual moves that work for sensitive women in business. We work it out together — in real time, with the next thing to do this week.

Not the next 90‑day plan. Not the next certification. The next needle‑moving thing.

Pull up a chair. There's a whole room of women here learning to do this without throwing in the towel. You're going to fit right in.

The Seasonal Action Plan

Four seasons. Three challenges each. Four weeks of doing — the fourth is always rest. The boring, critical work most coaches won't make you do, finally on a calendar.

Challenge 1

Document your business

Get the knowledge out of your head and into a document the business can actually run on.

Week 1Brain-dump every recurring task you do. Yes, including the small ones. Especially the small ones.
Week 2Build two real SOPs — pick the ones that would save current-you the most pain (onboarding, weekly comms, checkout).
Week 3Start your business bible — vision, offers, values, who does what, your decision rules. One page per section, not a thesis.
Week 4Rest + reflect — what feels lighter? What still lives only in your head, waiting to leak out at 2am?
Challenge 2

Build your systems

Build a simple operating rhythm so the business doesn't stall every time your week goes sideways.

Week 1Tech audit. What are you actually using? What are you paying for and quietly avoiding? Cancel something.
Week 2Set your weekly rhythm — what you check every Monday, what you review monthly, what you stop touching daily.
Week 3Map your customer journey from first hello to after-the-sale. Find the holes. Patch one.
Week 4Rest + reflect — where did the system catch something you'd usually catch by white-knuckling it?
Challenge 3

A decision tree for hard people

Build the documents that handle the boundary-crosser, the chargeback, and the friend who keeps DMing you about work.

Week 1List the three difficult-people scenarios that have rattled you most. Refunds. Boundary crossers. The nitpicker.
Week 2Write your canned responses — copy, paste, send. So future you isn't writing them at 11pm with your jaw clenched.
Week 3Build your decision tree: is this a me problem, or just an unhappy person? File it where you can find it under stress.
Week 4Rest + reflect — how much energy have you been spending on people who weren't ever going to be happy?
Season Reflection

What does your business look like when it doesn't live only in your nervous system?

Challenge 1

Get clear on what you actually sell

Know exactly what you sell, who it's for, and how to say it in one sentence she'll understand on first read.

Week 1Write the before-and-after — who is she before she works with you, who is she after? Specifics, not vibes.
Week 2Name the three objections she has before buying — and write your honest answer to each. Money. Time. The third.
Week 3Write your one-sentence offer + a short paragraph version. Read both to someone outside your industry. Watch their face.
Week 4Rest + reflect — where are you still fuzzy about what you do? That fuzziness is costing you sales.
Challenge 2

Boundaries that actually hold

Stop reacting. Start writing your guardrails into the business so they hold without you having to.

Week 1Write your community / client agreements — what your space protects against, what it calls in. Be specific.
Week 2Find the last time you felt resentful in your business. Trace it back to the boundary that got crossed or never set.
Week 3Write the policy you've been avoiding — refunds, late payments, scope creep. Put it where people see it.
Week 4Rest + reflect — where do you still make yourself smaller to make other people more comfortable?
Challenge 3

You are not your business

Find where over-identifying with the business is creating anxiety, stalling decisions, or burning you out.

Week 1Write out the worst-case "what if it fails" story. Then sort it into what's true vs. what your nervous system is making up.
Week 2Find one decision you've been avoiding because it feels personal. Make it. Notice the relief.
Week 3Write who you are as a leader — separate from your revenue, separate from this month's numbers.
Week 4Rest + reflect — what parts of yourself have you been outsourcing to the business to prove?
Season Reflection

Are you running a business built around managing other people's comfort — or one led from your own?

Challenge 1

Build your brand book

One document the whole business can point to — what you look like, sound like, and stand for.

Week 1Lock in the visual — three words that describe your aesthetic, your color palette, your fonts. No more accidentally using neon '80s when you saw it on Instagram.
Week 2Write your voice guide — how you sound, with specific examples of what you'd never say. The "never says" matter more.
Week 3Collapse it into one document: visual, voice, offer names, who it's for, what makes you different. One doc. The whole brand.
Week 4Rest + reflect — where have you been inconsistent? Where does your brand actually feel alive?
Challenge 2

Copy, story, and message

Write the core copy your business runs on so you stop building it from scratch every time.

Week 1Write your origin story — just the moment that made you qualified to do this work. 300 words, no preamble.
Week 2Write your bio in three lengths — one sentence, one paragraph, one full page. All from the same root.
Week 3Write the spine of your primary offer copy — the problem, the shift, the after, the invitation. Done is better than perfect.
Week 4Rest + reflect — what story have you been afraid to tell? That one is usually the most magnetic.
Challenge 3

Train AI to actually sound like you

Build an AI writing assistant that sounds like you — not a generic robot in a blazer.

Week 1Pull five to ten examples of your best writing — emails, captions, blogs — into one voice reference doc.
Week 2Feed your voice doc + brand book into AI. Write the system prompt. Test it. Iterate until it stops sounding like a stranger.
Week 3Build your AI workflow — what AI drafts, what you line-edit, what stays fully yours. Decide it on purpose.
Week 4Rest + reflect — where does AI nail your voice? Where does it miss entirely? Both answers are useful.
Season Reflection

Do you have a business with a distinct voice — or content that could belong to anyone?

Challenge 1

Energy audit — what's draining the tank

Find what's draining you and stop pretending it's mandatory.

Week 1List every task, offer, and obligation in your business. Mark each one: fuels me, drains me, or somewhere in between.
Week 2Look at the drain column. For each one, pick: cut it, automate it, hand it off, or keep it — on purpose, with a guardrail.
Week 3Sketch your ideal work week on paper. Not aspirational — sustainable. The kind you could do for two years.
Week 4Rest + reflect — what have you been tolerating so long you forgot it wasn't actually required?
Challenge 2

Plan the quarter ahead

Walk into the next quarter with a clear, honest, doable plan — not an aspirational list you'll abandon by week two.

Week 1Review the last quarter. What worked, what didn't, what surprised you? Three minutes. Don't overthink it.
Week 2Pick three priorities for next quarter. Not ten. Three. What would make it a win?
Week 3Map each one to the actual weeks they get your real attention. Block them in the calendar now, before life eats them.
Week 4Rest + reflect — does this plan reflect what you actually want, or what you think you should want?
Challenge 3

Know your numbers

Get clear enough on the money that you can make decisions from data instead of dread.

Week 1Calculate your real monthly baseline — what the business has to bring in to cover everything and pay you.
Week 2Build a simple revenue projection for the quarter — what offers, at what prices, to how many people. Realistic, not magical.
Week 3Find the one revenue move with the biggest impact. Move it to the top of your week. Stop hiding from it.
Week 4Rest + reflect — where does money anxiety cloud your judgment? Where does knowing the numbers actually free you?
Season Reflection

Are you planning the business you have — or still planning the one you hoped it would be by now?

What We Actually Work On

Bring me what's
actually stuck.

Real stuck spots from real women on recent calls. If you read these and feel seen — you're in the right place.

I have too many businesses living within the business. We map what to keep, what to retire, and which version of you actually pays the bills this quarter. You don't have to start over. You have to prune.

I get uncomfortable when people say they can't afford it. We script what to say back — without going bro-coach on her, without folding, without losing the sale because you froze. The exact words. The exact moment to stop talking.

I have hyper-focused research, not action. We figure out what you can do in the next 30 minutes. Not the next 30 days. Then you do it, and you bring it back, and we tune it. That's the whole job.

I'm worried about something in the future happening. We build the SOP for the thing you're scared of — the boundary-crosser, the chargeback, the friend who keeps DM‑ing you about work. So when it happens (and it will), you don't have to think about it. You just follow the document.

I'm just a bit overwhelmed. So many words. We strip your back end down to what actually matters. Not 47 SOPs. The two you'll use this month. Done beats comprehensive every time.

I will always, always bring it back to you.
