Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is an alternative way to heal physical and emotional pain and to build positive emotions in our bodies. Combining the approach and benefits of talk therapy and acupuncture, it can be described as psychological acupressure.
In these sessions, we’ll focus on one topic. We’ll start by discussing your current experience: what “it” is, how it started, when it started, why you think it started, how it feels in your day-to-day life and in your body. We’ll also talk about how you want to feel differently and how you’d like to feel in the future. Then we’ll tap integrating your perspective and your own words. Using our fingers to tap on specific meridian points on the body, we’ll re-balance your body’s energy and re-wire your brain to shift from your current state to a new way of thinking and feeling.
Tapping is based on science and is scientifically proven to work. Personally, it has helped me immensely. I hope to see you soon!
